You can't go wrong with this slow-roasted, melt-in-your-mouth pork roast. I mean, Heidi eats it everyday

2 lovely links of German bratwurst we boiled in beer and fry in a pan, paired with homemade mustard or homemade curry. Choose wisely. Or both for only 1.

Pronounced "blau" since we're German, we take a pork schnitzel stuff it and roll it with ham and Swiss

3 big balls of delicious ground meat sitting in a brilliant creamy, caper sauce that you'll be craving for a lifetime
Half Duck
We roast a duck and take out the good stuff, make a red wine cherry duck sauce and serve it to you without the feathers
Lamb Shank
Braised for hours in an awe inspiring au jus you'll want to slurp from the plate, accompanied by friends like fennel, carrots, onion and mushroom. You wont feel bad for Mary's little lamb.
